| I had a broken brake line and needed new front brakes. Jim got the job done the same day. I called about 9 am and picked up my Jeep Wrangler late afternoon. First class service! better call for an appointment. |

| Everybody at Jim's Automotive were wonderful when I had an emergency on my way from Denver to Snowmass. My car died (from my fuel pump going out) right in the street in front of their shop. They not only got my car off the street, but checked it out, despite not having any openings for new customers at the time. They not only took the time to try and find the part I needed from any and all sources..but also got it installed in a timely manner. I couldn't have been more appreciative of not only how nice everybody there was, but also how that went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. ** I would highly recommend them to anybody needing a great shop |

| Honest and caring people. Although I did not like having an unexpected repair, Jim?s Auto came through for me so I could make a planned auto trip. The lead mechanic, Matt, looked the Yukon over in the parking lot and scheduled the work for the next day. This business really cares about their customers. I appreciate them always thinking of my needs when it?s an unplanned repair. They are awesome! |
