| I had to have my vehicle towed to Jim?s automotive where I?ve had it serviced before. When my vehicle got there, Jim was right on it and asked me what went wrong with my car. Thank you guys you?re awesome. |

| I was not expecting to be treated the way I was.... with kindness, understanding and explaining thing in terms I could understand. They called me every step of the way to let me know the repairs and cost of my vehicle. I asked them to check my brakes since they are a little squicky but would not be able to fix them until the following month. They came back with an estimate that was less then expected. When I picked up my truck after hours, the owner came out to make sure I got into the truck as well as asked if I had any questions. And the final straw.... when I got into the truck... there was a little "treat" in there for me. Made me smile!! They created many WOW moments for me and totally changed my expectations of how a customer is treated at an auto repair shop. THANK YOU for everything you have done. By your kindness you have created a repeat customer! |
