| I really like that when they inspected my new to me car they gave me a link to a website where they documented everything with photos. I could see the wear spots on my rotors and cracking on a belt. Also all the things that were in good shape. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. |

| PROS: I am usually able to get an appointment within a week. I think jim's mechanics are fair and diagnose the problem correctly Jim's oil change policy brings me into the shop more frequently Because it's more affordable for me to bring in my own supplies. |

| Had the guys at Jim?s Auto do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle before I traveled 8 and a half hours out of state to purchase it. The service was half the cost of what others were offering, and was a pretty thorough inspection with picture results and descriptions posted in an online file that was easy for me to access. The techs also answered any questions I had by phone and were friendly. |

| All good xc the wrong bolts were used when swapping out the tires. Each set of rims has its own bolts. |

| The workmanship and professionalism is great, but the pricing in my research and opinion is way over priced. 100% markup on parts and labor. Cost $80 to install a rear abs sensor which is one screw and a plug. $75 to do an?diagnostic? when I told them what was wrong when I brought it in. That charge did not go towards the cost of the repair either. Ended up paying $325 for something that literally should have cost about $150 on the high end. |
